Monday, March 8, 2010 - Robert Houde Wines Portfolio feat. Marc De Grazia selections (Ritz-Carlton, Chicago IL): nose: pretty nose of red florals, fresh picked berries, dark red cherries and some bits of perfumes. Very lovely with nice depth and is very fragrant

taste: very good medium feel with good tannins and medium+ acidity along with feminine tones of red florals, berries and dark red cherries. The mid-palate is a bit hollow right now

overall: if this can put on a bit more weight with age, this could become a real pretty brunello. The nose is very attractive right now, but the palate needs to add a bit more depth and weight to put this into the next gear
