Friday, June 5, 2020 - Nicely nutty and toasty nose with hints of brown sugar; reminds me of toasted coconut. Palate is a bit round with more nuttiness and yeasty notes, not searingly bright and lemony like some zero-dosage blancs de blancs. It's delicious if not life-changing--until you consider the price: for <$20 this is a seriously good sparkling wine.
