Saturday, March 21, 2020 - Early on after decanting, seemed light and fading, though pleasant. Nice muted fruit, slight bricking, fading on the aftertaste. As our steak meal proceeded, the guests liked it more and more. The glyceriney elegance of the wine shined through. Not a blockbuster, but a very competent, probably slightly over the hill, Brunello. Drink now.
