Friday, January 1, 2021 - Bottle breathe for 1 hour before serving. The wine is now at good drinking stage showing sexy nose with cherry and flower, the palate has fruit, flower, a bit of wood and tannin integrated. Medium finishing. Very enjoyable and probably great drinking window for now. For sure the wine is not very complex given it’s village
