Monday, May 8, 2023 - Decanted for about an hour to let a barnyard funk to blow off. It still had an off taste which disappeared as we drank the rest of the wine over another hour plus. Dry flowers with a medium, very dry tannin.By the end of the carafe the wine was excellent (93+) but rated down from the funk and off-flavors until a bunch of hours sitting.
