Friday, October 10, 2014 - Aerated at shoulder 2h before serving. Cork was perfect.
V:brilliant yellow hue.
N: passion fruit, vanilla, spices (nutmeg), lemon zest.
P: Refreshing acidity, rich slightly herbal-lemon finish, mineral and just a bit waxy.
Great wine.
