Saturday, April 19, 2014 - I like MKMAST's short note from August 2011. Since then, the spiral is only upward. This is what I hope for when I see Sonoma Coast on a wine label, and methink this one of the best examples of the vintage. Beautiful fruit and balance. Deep cranberry, medium weight, buoyant acidity, and not too heavy on the alcohol (13.9% abv). Lush, with a piquant mid-palate. Finishes delightfully long. Drink or hold.
