Saturday, July 4, 2020 - Beautiful wine. Decanted for 2+ hours. I’m normally a Left Bank guy - St. Julien and Pauillac - but this St. Emilion is wonderful. 30-45+ second finish. Feels young still - not sure why Cellar Tracker suggests a 2010-20 drinking window. That’s not right. This will develop much more in the coming years - give it another 4-5 years of cellaring and it will be incredible.
