Friday, February 26, 2016 - Golden straw color with noticeable viscosity. Fruitful bouquet of lime, banana and a hint of flint. Dryer than the nose, but delightfully delicate green apple, peach and lime on the palate with strong mineral character. Full-bodied with a great mouth-feel. Low acidity which is somewhat unexpected, but perhaps owing to its maturity. Long finish. Very lovely for its age, but drink now.
