Tuesday, April 11, 2023 - Final bottle from a full case purchased at auction in 2010. Pristine condition, not decanted, opened three hours in advance. The previous bottles were all clean, clear and precise, slender (and on occasions borderline thin) but always transparent and fresh in their expression. This final bottle feels deeper and darker, softer and more rounded, with a finish that trails off a bit. Bottle difference, or is oxidation setting in? Drink up, if you have any left.
