Thursday, January 25, 2018 - Bright, light red fruit, a touch of sous-bois, and dare I say it, just the tiniest whisp of smoke. Fine boned, elegant and lovely. **** The remaining glass or so doesn't really hold in the fridge overnight, taking on a beetroot element.
