Saturday, August 20, 2011 - Oak Barrel - Barossa Wine Tasting 2011 (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Slight mint, creamy and rich and almost buttery. Slight astringency that shows almost clove. Again, slightly bitter on the finish but a very nice wine none the less.
