Tuesday, November 21, 2017 - Got this bottle back in 2013 and been saving for a good moment. Opened it up last weekend and let it breathe for five hours. I think this has passed its prime. Normally I wouldn’t be worried for letting a amarone in magnum rest for ten years but this was daft. Showed good fruits but was way to strong for me. 16,5% is almost fortifies red for me. Had it to a steak with traditional root fruits which matched ok, but alcohol was to present. Pitty...
