Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about 90 minutes.

Here we are 5 years later when I said open the next bottle 2-5 years later.

Garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of violet, dark chocolate, herbs du Provence and a dash of black pepper. Flavors of Bing cherries, red raspberries and red plums. Medium to tart acidity, medium tannin, medium to full bodied. Drink now.

Bottled under stelvin and aged well. No visible sediment. Last of my two bottles I hauled home as luggage from South Africa. Impeccable provenance.
