Wednesday, September 15, 2010 - Medium straw yellow color. Aromas of hazelnut, banana, lemon, pear, and yellow apple. On the palate, this shows the yellow delicious and pear notes common to Drouhin's Oregon Chardonnay with a bit of lees-based richness and a vanilla-hazelnut character in the mid-palate. A hint of nutmeg also appears. The finish is medium. Good. Drink or hold.
