Monday, December 6, 2021 - Epic Napa Trip - Day 2: Drank at Opus winery - This was drinking best of all the wines in the lineup. Plenty of fruit and also plenty of polished tannins. This kept improving in the glass, with lots of dark and red fruit, some tobacco, anise and chocolate, with hints of earth and bramble. 95+ today and drinking well, although eating toward the hedonistic side right now, with tertiary flavors starting to emerge.
