Wednesday, June 17, 2020 - This has mellowed down in term of sweetness compared to the recent bottle (2015). This is why I love German sweet, in particular Riesling as while this has great depth of sweet fruits, it also has lovely amount of acidity to prevent it from being flabby. Mouthwatering!
