Friday, October 10, 2014 - Chateau Margaux tasting with Thibault Pontallier (Rockpool Bar&Grill): Very smooth, smells of toasted bread and warm earth.
Red currants, ink, some blueberry. Very faint hint of green in the soft but slightly tannic finish. Drinking well now, not for keeping.
