Not because I did not expect it to be good (the wine press had a lot of nice things to say), but because I did not expect it to be so damn thrilling! Wow, wow, wow. Superb aromatics redolent of sliced green apple bathed in minerals. Such purity of aromas! In the palate it gest even better. The perfect balancing act between some sweetness and searing acidity. It is as if it is about to burst between the two forces, but remains in very tense control. Delicious, medium bodied, slightly sweet and with the perfect acidity. What a joy it was to drink.

De botella de 750ml. No probado a ciegas. Esta fue una sorpresa superlativa. No porque no esperara un vino bueno (la prensa especializada habló muy bien de él), sino porque no esperaba que fuese tan sobresaliente. Wow, wow, super wow. Los aromas son extraordinarios. manzana verde remojada en minerales líquidos. Tanta pureza en la nariz! En boca es aún mejor. Un balance perfecto entre algo de dulzor y una gran acidez que parecen estar contenidos en una camisa de fuerza que explota en el palladar con gran intensidad. Delicioso, con cuerpo aceitoso, ligeramente dulce y con perfecta acidez. Qué gran vino.
