Thursday, August 25, 2022 - Strong color, no bricking. Almost no sediment. Took over an hour to start to balance out. Initially green peppers and veggies overwhelmed, then menthol, and finally black fruits with some sweet Oak. About 90 minutes later, these came around with good proportionality. Smooth wine. No rush to drink.
