Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - Light yellow in color. Nice notes of hazelnut, citrus, and some oily petrol aromas that dissipated with time. Rich and full in texture but not heavy due to the acidic lift. Quite delicious now and with plenty of life ahead of it.
