Tuesday, November 28, 2017 - Fantastic showing, exceeded expectations, one of the best bottles of champagne I've had this year. Everything working here - alluring and complex nose that shows fruit and soil, beautiful silky texture, great focus and energy, detailed and complex flavors that spread out in the mouth and show real depth and nuance. For the first hour or so the fruit is dominant, ripe and luminous. Then the next hour is about chalk and a saline Chablis-like soil signature. Beautiful wine.
