Sunday, August 28, 2016 - Dark red/black. Salty barbera nose, plums, black cherry and earth. Softened by age but still pretty bold. Delicious dark fruit and balsam flavors and a dry accident finish.

Perfect with Papadrella dressed with wild boar ragu.
