Pure and energetic nose displaying pear, apple, candied lemon peel, honey, honeysuckle, white flowers, a hint of brioche, white pepper, saline, cool mountain stream and strong limestone mineral. Very clean, pure, precise and energetic palate, finely layered pure sweet white fruit, abundant very fine mousse, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral and a seamless clean energetic finish. It is even more fresh and energetic en magnum. Youthful but absolutely delicious.
