Thursday, May 5, 2022 - This Champagne never disappoints! Wish I had lots more!
Nose: Toast, brioche, stone fruit and sea shore
Palate: Toast, Meyers Lemon, with hints of peach and citrus, and full of oyster, minerality and a hint of unagi
This is an awesome Champagne that is no where near its end of life. So delicious now, but will continue to provide enjoyment (and evolve) for at least another decade. Easy 96 today!

5/10/2022 6:28:00 AM - I totally agree....I paid $110 for mine....they have almost doubled in price, I can't do it...thankfully, I have enough Champagne (if that is even possible!)
