Thursday, July 21, 2022 - Wine Dinner #191, Harvey's, Fortitude Valley. As a lead-in to a vertical de Vogue Musigny dinner this wine set the scene performing beautifully with a pale green-gold colour and a complex nose of yellow peach, fresh cut pears, lemon and limes, cashew nut and limestone. The palate is unctuous and mouth filling yet beautifully balanced with a fine acid and mineral cut and persistence that ensures true finesse. Delicious.
