Sunday, December 2, 2012 - Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Tasting, brief note. Fat black fruit aromas with sweet background spice. Again ripe on palate, but nicely balanced and elegant. Still needs a few more years to soften in the cellar, even though I doubt it will ever "shut down."
