Saturday, August 13, 2016 - Popped and poured, drank it over 1-2 hours. Glorious CDP with fading/bricking color, soaring aromas of herbs, lavender, leather with subtle red fruits. Palate does not disappoint with gamey notes and nice interplay between the spice and fruit duet. Didn't even check alcohol content as it did not matter with this majestic bottle of wine. Held up well over the 2 hours. Quite a bit of sediment as expected. Would not wait to open if you have some.
