Tuesday, November 22, 2011 - Wow --this lady was something else! She's dark berry red with an earthy nose. Then oh so elegant in flavor. Rich berry fruit, tobacco, leather, spice and much more-- all layered and balanced beautifully. Mysterious and Grand! Had this with braised lamb shank-- fantastic. She really came together after about 3 hours of decant. Give her the time, she will reward!
