Wednesday, November 20, 2013 - A fabulous showing tonight! Pop n' pour was good but it really hit its fortissimo with about 2 hours of air. The nose was really young with fresh berry and cherry. There was also a subtle hint of oaky vanilla. Body was medium and lively with prominent fleshy cherry, cinnamon/spices, and seasoned leather. It was quite robust with food and paired well with fresh berries, the last crop of cherry tomatoes, and wasn't wrecked by asparagus! If all Wednesday nights could be like this......
