Saturday, November 13, 2010 - At home on Saturday with Hiroko on the day she was going to move out. Very dark ruby. With time, nose opened to reveal nice pretty saddle leather notes and some red fruit aromas. Ripe and plump on the palate, really very gentle and evolved yet somehow still quite powerful at the same time. Lengthy finish. Excellent. 5-12-16-8: 91/100.
