Sunday, October 14, 2007 - nicely balanced, not as big as i recall from a couple of years ago, but had a nice staying power on the palate; a good mix of black raspberry, some rhubarb, and earth, a hint of barnyard that blew off quickly; i really like brunellos, and this went great with a pork chop with a reduction sauce, and with a filet mignon; a great food wine, but i agree that it is now more like a chianti riserva, and not earthy or complex enough for the price point and time held;
