Saturday, October 20, 2018 - One of two wines we brought to an all-Orgeon pinot dinner. Opened at the restaurant and allowed to sit for about 90 minutes. A little shy early on, but really opened up in the glass. If I had another bottle of this (I don't, unfortunately), I'd give it a short decant.
