Tuesday, March 15, 2011 - Fifteen Year Dauvissat Vertical-Focus on La Forest (RN 74, San Francisco): Oyster shell and citrus-pleasingly Chablis-like for a 2009 Chablis! Middle weight. Good acidity and not at all too rich or fat. Certainly much more promising than some of the wines in this series from riper vintages.
