Tuesday, June 13, 2017 - Double Blind White Burg (Dauvissat Chablis) (Formentos): Double blind in an 09 Dauvissat horizontal. A bit reductive at first, but then the full nose blossoms to reveal appealing bright green apples and wintergreen mint. On the palate, just gorgeous and delicious. Rich apple made complex with spice, citrus and herb layering. Intense finish. Terrific. Preferred this to the 09 Clos in the flight.
