Tuesday, November 3, 2020 - I can't say enough good things about Vincent Dauvissat. I am a huge fan of his, because of the refinement, the linear focus, paired with true Chablis terroir, of his wines, from Les Clos, Preusses to a great value La Forest. Raveneau clearly is richer, but in the end I prefer the linearity Dauvissat. Fevre is a substantially dryer Chablis, too dry for my taste. and yes: A matter of taste, but for me the Dauvissats are at the very top and rarely ever dissappoint.
