Tuesday, May 3, 2022 - Medium yellow with retained green. Floral, citric, iodine aromas without a trace of oxidation or the honey/truffle scents I've experienced in other bottles. Wonderfully silky medium weight entry followed by brisk acidity and stone. Lemon peel, herbs, acidity, and stone make for a compelling mix in the mouth. I thought this was too opulent and fat when it was young. Bottles over the last few years have proven me wrong. It is rich but classic and quite beautiful now.
