Sunday, February 2, 2020 - First bottle from a case of 12. This is in much better shape than 2009 Vaillons, much tighter, more strict. Opens up with notes of wool, stone and grapefruit/lime. There’s a brisk note of salt/brine on the nose. Focused with good depth and cut. Spices, lemon curd. Dauvissat the way I like it.
