Saturday, June 17, 2017 - A lovely Chablis, from a warmer vintage, so the pear and peach fruits come out to play, with a hint of lime and some reserved richness on the decidedly delicious finish. Lingering citrus note on the palate for quite some time after swallowing, this wine is drinking beautifully now and will do so through 2024...but alas, I like my Chablis on the bright side, so I'll drink my remaining bottle before 2020.
