Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Bought and stored from release at the winery. Perfect right now, can age but in a great spot. Slow ox for 30 hours. Nutty, curry leaves, rancio on the nose but fine and delicate on the palate. What a great match for Indian food. Long finish.
