Thursday, October 20, 2016 - Took a few hours to open up in the decanter, before that it was more age structured than fruit drive, refined but not remarkable. Time in character started developing nose and the back palate with BArossan black fruits, and the back palate started gripping. Not as big as you would expect from Two Hands (this is a Two Hands made wine), I have enjoyed this, but drink now and over the next 12 months for sure.
