Wednesday, September 16, 2009 - red to dark red. bought on release. relatively shut down. nose not offering much other than a hint of southern rhone. In the mouth, excellent texture and acid with smooth tannins and a long finish. this wine is clearly a great wine but at this time not approachable. Reminds of of burgundy.
