Sunday, December 10, 2006 - After an hour of air the fruit opened up, and it's a very pleasant easy drinking dinner wine. Medium ruby color, no tannins evident, light body. Cherry fruit, nice acid. Almost Burgundian - elegant and bright. More age probably won't improve it.
