Tuesday, August 9, 2011 - This is my last bottle. Pretty decent. I think it is just rounding into form. This strikes me as a fairly new world representation from Bordeaux. Dark red, fairly rich. Aromas of menthol, some graphite. Fairly tart. Tastes of black and red fruits. Tannins are present, but not overpowering. Does not have the earthy, minerally aspects I expect from a Margaux. This wine is pretty good in a kind of new world sort of way.
