Saturday, March 16, 2019 - This was good with grilled tenderloin but all of my bottles of this have been a bit too acidic for my tastes. What I would call a Pinot lovers cab. Keep thinking more time will allow the fruit to overcome the acidity but only have one more bottle left. Night 1 88 pts.

This was better on night two. The acidity gave way to an elegant fruit profile with a tad of alcohol on the finish. I would say 92 on night two. I will probably hold my last bottle for a few years.
