Friday, July 30, 2021 - Wow, and phew. Such a different drinking experience than the previous bottle. This was back on form. Tight fruit core than opened up with air and in the glass. Very precise black currant and boysenberry core, not much in the way of secondary aromatics, these continue to impress upon me the need for patience and bottle age. Good showing, had opened with low expectations given the odd condition of the prior bottle.
