Thursday, April 25, 2024 - Tasted this at the Great Fortifieds - Sherry & Tawny Port Masterclass by Ch'ng Poh Tiong at Prowine Singapore 2024.

Dark pu-er in colour. Has a penicillin nose upon presentation. On the palate, the wine presents lush, ripen fruits, with a rounded and smooth finish. There are 3 distinctive characteristics about this wine: it has a dense body, with a burst of sweetness and ends with a saltiness.
