Sunday, November 12, 2023 - Huge nose of flint, matchstick, mineral, citrus, everything you expect in a high end Pulignt… Really grand Cru level, with huge tension, lasersharp mineral, has aged perfectly!!! I really need to wait a bit more for my white Burgundies to reach this level of maturity ;-)
