Monday, September 6, 2010 - It had on the nose some sweet notes of cherry and bell pepper. Taste was light bodied with very little acidity and hardly no tannins. There were hints of herbals and some red berries, like lingonberry and cranberry. It was very nice to drink without any food and to taste what 100% Cabernet Franc tastes like.
