Saturday, March 23, 2013 - Yellow gold. Sherried nose with stony minerals and shy citrus fruits in the background. The flavors are more integrated with same sherry, stony minerals, and citrus fruits. The acid is brisk. The fruit is diminished. With time, the wine becomes unbalanced. This wine lacks material and mid palette depth making the acid more aggressive. This ends up a very raw wine. It's past its prime.
